Bricklash 磚爆 Terms of Service

Welcome to "Bricklash 磚爆" (the "Service") provided by bricklash ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service is a mobile game. We may update or adjust features for operational reasons; material changes will be announced.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account. You may delete your account at any time in the App or via https://bricklash.app/delete-account.

3. Purchases, Virtual Items, and Refunds

  1. The Service offers in-app purchases (virtual currency, items). Virtual items are licensed for use within the Service

only and are not redeemable for cash.

  1. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store / Google Play; refunds follow each

platform's policy and applicable consumer law (including Taiwan's standard contract rules for online game services, which provide refund rights for unused paid virtual currency upon contract termination).

  1. If the Service is discontinued, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance

and handle unused paid virtual currency in accordance with applicable rules.

4. Conduct

You must not cheat, exploit, harass others, upload unlawful content, or reverse engineer the Service (except as permitted by law). Violations may result in suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All content of the Service is owned by us or our licensors.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages not caused by our intentional acts or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes and Termination

We may amend these Terms with notice in the App or on our website; continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Disputes are subject to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, except where law provides otherwise.
